ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION

Here’s the coolest part about the account manager position… Though you’ll be hired into an entry level position, you won’t be stuck there! You’ll have the unique opportunity to advance quickly within the firm. Once you master the essential sales and marketing basics, the real fun starts. You will begin managing a medium-sized team, you’ll learn how to train and develop other people, and you’ll assist in running the operations of our office. Title: Account Manager

Schedule: Full-time, M-F 7:30am-5:30pm
Management Training: Yes
Advancement Opportunity: Management within 12-18 months
Travel: Less than 25% domestic travel, optional international travel
Responsibilities: Build, maintain and manage account relationships through personal interaction; Present the value of our client’s services to prospective and existing clients; Collaborate with internal departments to innovate systems and company
Interview Process: 3 stages (Brief preliminary; 1-Hour second interview; Brief final interview)
As this is an entry level position, recent graduates may apply with confidence. On-the-job training will be provided.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A 4-year college degree (preferred)
- Prior leadership experience such as in a fraternity/sorority, academic club, or sports team (preferred)
- Prior internship experience (preferred)
- A high school degree (required)
- Experience as a member of a high-performing team (required)
